The Quality Care Pharmacy ProgramSeeing the Quality Care Pharmacy logo displayed on our website offers you the industry wide guarantee of retail service quality and professional practice. The Quality Care Pharmacy Program or QCPP as it's known within the industry is a quality assurance program dedicated to raising the standards of service provided to the public. The program is based on business and professional standards that have been developed by both the Pharmacy Guild and the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia. Pharmacies that implement the standards successfully receive an accreditation certificate and display the Quality Care Pharmacy logo in their pharmacy, usually on the front shop window.
